Wilhelmina Ramsayi

Robbie’s mother.  Wilhelmina is a corporate lawyer and also the Regent of California for the Nüwa.  She is stoic and unsympathetic, having lamented the fact that she gave birth to a boy.  Despite this, she used his existence to secure her place in the political ladder.
